Training Overview

(As of June 22nd, 2026, Standard First Aid has been rebranded to Intermediate First Aid to better align with CSA standards by the WSIB in Ontario)

To help save you time and money, we offer BLS training at the same time as Standard First Aid. This means you get two certifications at the same time, all at a lower cost.

This course is WSIB approved and is designed to meet and exceed government regulations. To help get you certified faster, this course is offered in a 'Blended' learning format. This means you can do half of the course online and the other half in person.  The online course takes 5 to 6 hours to complete and the in-person is 8 hours. The online program must be completed before coming to class.

Our easy to use online school will take you through the theory you need for your training, exposing you to the principles of first aid through pictures, videos and interactive content. Once you have registered, you will receive a link to the course instantly, letting you log in and out of the system to complete the program at your own pace.

Our in-person training is designed to be engaging and fun, keeping you busy with hands-on activities and skills. Our instructors will keep you engaged and active, with no need for staring at the clock!

The Basic Life Support certificate is valid for 1 year and will be sent to you by the instructor at the end of the training day.

The Intermediate First Aid certificate is valid for 3 years and will be sent to you by the instructor at the end of the training day.

N95 Mask Fit Testing

Professional N95 Mask Fit Testing for healthcare workers, students, clinics, workplaces, first responders, and organizations requiring respiratory protection.

Mask fit testing helps ensure that a respirator forms a proper seal against the wearer’s face. A properly fitted respirator helps reduce exposure to airborne hazards and may be required in healthcare, industrial, and workplace settings under occupational health and safety standards. Our fit testing sessions follow CSA Z94.4 guidelines for the selection, use, and care of respirators.

The N95 Mask Fit Certification is valid for 2 Years and will be given to you by the instructor at the end of the training day

Please Note: Participants must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face to ensure an accurate fit test.
