Training Overview
This Basic Life Support (BLS) Course is designed for healthcare providers, first responders, and anyone who works in the healthcare field. This hands-on course covers essential skills in recognizing cardiac arrest, providing high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) effectively. Participants will also learn team-based resuscitation techniques, choking relief, and how to manage breathing emergencies.
This course is designed to help you gain the confidence and competence needed to perform life-saving interventions in real-world situations. This course is recognized for use in the workplace by the WSIB
Led by certified instructors, our in-person training is designed to be engaging and fun, keeping you busy with hands-on activities and skills. Our instructors will keep you engaged and active, with no need for staring at the clock!
The Basic Life Support certificate is valid for 1 year and will be given to you by the instructor at the end of the training day.
